Millennium Crisis Line

2K, the latest project from Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty, have set up a crisis line for people having problems dealing with the millennium.

The helpline will initially feature taped advice.

"The message will change every week," said a spokesperson. "But they're trying to sort out a way in which people who are having real problems in dealing with the millennium will be able to speak to them personally. Eventually, there will be a way for people to leave their number."

Pre-millennial tension can be relieved by ringing 0890-900-2000.

Meanwhile, it has also emerged that their new single, built around their former hit, 'What Time Is Love?', will be called 'F--- The Millennium'. The single is out on September 29. A radio edit version has also been recorded.
