Description: KLF imposters hoping to cash in

By - (30 May, 1992, NME)

THE KLF's enigmatic demise has opened the floodgates for a host of imposters hoping to cash-in on the bands success. Former musical collaborators and several mystery artists are rumoured to be lining up tours and releases under the KLF name.

A spokesperson for Cauty and Drummond who announced their dissolution earlier this month, told the NME that several acts were planning to highjack the band name: "Wanda D, who sang with the band in the past, is continuing to tour America as the KLF and there are a few other projects that we know of."
